  1. Provide us with a project overview of what we will be working on based on your chosen service.
  2. A Google Form will be disseminated to you shortly before the consultation meetup for us to get key information and assess the scope and expectations of the project. Inspirations, suggestions, references, and recommendations are more than welcome as long as it will help us curate your ideal vision.
  3. Click the Inquire Now button at the upper right of the screen to proceed with your Project Overview Assessment Form (POAF). This will provide us with a description of your project and the services you are interested in.
  1. Online consultations are available for clients who are unable to meet in person. However, we highly recommend in-person consultations for better communication and real-time feedback and assessment.
  2. A transportation fee may apply for clients beyond Mandaluyong and other Metro Manila areas. Additionally, an overtime fee will be charged depending on the length and complexity of the discussion. Rest assured it can be deducted from the overall project payment once you proceed and confirm your booking.
  1. A detailed breakdown and quotation based on the complexity, length and required instrumentation will be sent to the client’s given email address. 
  2. A simple contract agreement will be delivered to the client (meet up or via Lalamove or Grab) to be signed by both parties.
    1. We are NOT liable for any lost items or damages that occurred during the delivery process. If you have any questions, you may contact the help center of the courier.
  3. We require a deposit of 30% to secure your booking and project. Once paid, we will begin the arrangements.
  4. Communication during the project duration will mostly be via Facebook Messenger or Google Mail unless stated otherwise. Revisions and deadlines will be included in the process.
  5. Once the project is complete and with final approval, the remaining balance is to be settled no later than 3 days after the given payment due date. Failure to pay will automatically void the contract and the project will be scrapped.
  1. A maximum of three (3) revisions are allowed for the whole duration of the production process. No other revisions will be entertained by our establishment once the client has maxed out the free revisions.

  3. A total of 350.00 Php should be paid upfront by the client during the payment process should they want to include an option of 3 revisions for their project. Other additional payments are subject for approval and agreement depending on the project details.
  1. Upon completion of full payment, you will own the rights to the project unless stated otherwise by the contract. For licensing agreement (especially for commercial use), the terms of use can be determined during a booked consultation hours.
  2. The final project deliverables will be given in your requested format (WAV, MP3, MIDI, etc.).
